Paeonia ‘Yellow Crown’

This large golden flower can reach 10 inch or 25cm in size, and every millimetre of that will be pure soft beauty in your garden. Peony ‘Yellow Crown’ is one of the early hybrids that resulted when a white herbaceous peony and a hybrid yellow tree peony were first crossed back in 1948, resulting in intersectional peonies like ‘Yellow Crown’. Very durable, Paeonia ‘Yellow Crown’ will put on their show around mid-summer, regardless of the weather. Its semi-double bright yellow flowers have a touch of red at the base of the petals!
