If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your items. Please review the following guidelines to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain items, such as perishable plants and flowers (e.g., Botanical tulips, Darwin hybrid tulips, and other live plants), are non-returnable due to their nature. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement product once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Floral Essence US.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Other live plants and flowers
