At Floral Essence US, we are committed to delivering your botanical treasures with care and efficiency. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping, with delivery times of 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS, with delivery times of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s our hassle-free return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that due to their perishable nature, the following items are non-returnable:
- Botanical tulips
- Darwin hybrid tulips
- Other live plants and flowers
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely, include the RMA number on the outside, and ship it to the address provided.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement product once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Floral Essence US.
